Removing Vents

Does anyone know how to remove/replace the heater vents? ... I broke two of my driver side vents I want to take them off another car and replace them... But I have no idea where to start

buddy u have to take the lower part of the dash out and push it out.. there should be like 4 clips? holding it in.. push the actual outer part of the vent.. not the slits.
