Default Removing Tint...

So, yet again i come to the masses...the masters of the integra...the mechanical geniuses and the closet ricers...

I have a simple question...there's a cookie in it for the best answer:

Any sure-fire way of removing tint quick and effectively?
off my hatch to be precise?

Use a razor blade and lift up an edge and pull - the glue is a bit of a bitch I hear oven cleaner and a razor blade and some time works on the glue - be carefull with the defrost lines.

I used a clothes steamer and a blade to remove the tint. The steamer heats up the tint and it comes right off including the glue.

Ive found using a heat gun and heating it up pretty warm was you slowly pull off the tint works well and doesnt really leave behind glue if you do it right.

You mentioned the hatch.....be sure to stay away from the defrost lines.....i went right thru them like a nerd and now the i have no defrost power in the whole middle section of my back window glass.....yea im ricey.. its very teadious the back hatch. u gotta go in between the lines....use a heat gun/windex and a SWEET blade...and go at it.

ok i had to do it with my G2 and again with my EG, use wd-40 and use one of those plastic scour pads, get them at the doller store, it doesnt damage teh defrost lines, rub in the direction of the lines, gets it off quite easily with alittle elbow grese.

its time consuming,

im aganist using a razor blade on the rear glass, too much chance to nick a defrost line
