removing front license plate bolts?
im trying to remove my front license plate cover off the front bumper because it has cracked in like 10 different way and has chips in it from rocks on the highway...
my problem is i think both of the bolts are rusted... i tried taking them off and they just turn and i can tell its not undoing at all...
any tips on how to get these two bolts off so i can change the front license plate cover so it doesnt look so ugly
thanks

There are square nuts holding the bolts from the back. You have to put your hand inside (from underneath) and reach around the back with a wisegrip or something. If the bolts are realy rusted then you can just break them off from those nuts and get brand new ones after bumper repair is done.

just go to canadian tire and buy automotive plastic plugs. I bought it for $2-$3 for four(they come in a pack of four). They fit perfetly. They come in two colours, black and white, just go with the black!
