Default Recommend a battery please.. for G3

I've read a few of the recent posts and everybody says optima.. I'm looking for other options for my g3... more specifically brand and model if anyone has that info and reviews would be great. My battery is about 7 years old now and in need of replacing. I'm not looking for a battery that i have to relocate, just want a really good stock replacement...

Optima Yellow Top. Good for replacement and them some. I think they go for just over 100.

Pretty much any battery you buy will be fine for starting the car. Unless your pushing a huge system, anyone will be fine.

Crappy Tire one's
OEM Honda
Interstate

they'll all work

thanks... i just picked up a crappy tire eliminator. Not for the brand but because it has a 3 year free replacement and 9 year total warranty. I only run a small system so i just needed the basic set up.

Good stuff, just remember to keep the receipt, they won't warranty it without it.

Yikes thats the only one I would not buy, I bought one for my old Talon and had to get it replaced 4 times in 3 years! Most times it was free but what a pain in the *** each time over an $80 battery!

Now see, if you guys had come to me first i would have given you a much better deal
As the warehouse manager at Interstate Batteries I would have given you the best battery possible for your car and at wholesale cost (new battery that is) and we're not like Crappy Tire...if you lose the invoice...no problem! we have always warrantied batteries with or without a receipt. It's how our system works.

If you want I sell used batteries as well for under $30. They're usually not that old and I usually give anyone of you guys off this site an infinite warranty (whereas everyone else gets 6 mths)

I wouldve but i live in niagara... wayyyyyyyy out of the way. And yeah i know crappy tire batteries suck... i had the eliminator in my old 300zx and it had to be replaced but i guess it can happen to any battery and they replace it free for 3 years so i just hope i dont have to take them up on that this time. If you are willing to hook up members you should post something somewhere and make it a sticky... just a thought. Thanks anyways mang
