Question about suspension upgrades
Okay so I ran on the Dunnville Circuit Track this past Saturday, and the only differences since my last track run at Shannonville are a new set of Falken 512's and a Type-R Upper Strut Bar. Other modifications include Tein S-Tech Springs on stock shocks, and Type-R lower control arms. That's about it. The thing is half way through the day I noticed my backend start to come out a bit as I attacked the corners a bit harder which ended up with me losing exit speed on the turns. So my question is, aside from throwing in stiffer shocks, what else would help this? And how much would they actually help? Lower rear tie bars/sway bars, etc.

Sounds like you were experiencing lift-throttle oversteer. If you've never experienced it before or don't know how to control it, it could be unsettling. However, if you DO know how to control it, it'll become your best friend in getting around a corner faster.
As far as your suspension is concerned (and you know this is coming since I'm replying) is upgrade your shocks to anything BUT stock. Now how much of a difference it makes depends - adjustable ones are easier to help balance your car and how it reacts, whereas you're stuck with one setting on most non-adjustable.
I wouldn't recommend upgrading the rear-sway because if you're not comfortable with your stock sway, you'll be backwards with an upgrade like the Type-R. Of course, as I said before, if you learn how to drive with the sway bar, it's your best friend around corners. However, I wouldn't recommend finding its limits at the track as that could be very costly.
From what I've found, the addition of tie bars or strut bars (especially rear ones) don't really add much if your suspension is already dialed in (I didn't notice any differences when I removed my rear strut bar in my Civic during an autoslalom event).
That's my advice. If you're not sure and need some convincing (like the Type-R rear sway bar example), come to the HADA Take It Off The Streets Autoslalom on May 6th, and I'll be more than happy to answer any questions or concerns that you have.
