Question about Rear Lower Control Arms

Would anyone know if a Type R rear LCA would fit in a 95 RS?

Also a Type R suspension into a 95 RS?

Thanks

Yes.

You must use the rear type R lcas, fronts are identical the way they mount.

Here's coming from someone who has that setup: Yes, they will fit. But for the rears, you MUST use both the Type R lower control arm and type R strut. The fronts are no different in mounting, although the struts are different from the regular stuff.

A good mild upgrade, in any case. They can also take lowering springs better than stock struts.

Thanks guys.

Oh any recommendation on Type R rear LCA?

rears you need Type R Lcas and struts. Thats pretty much it. OEM is good for the Rear Strut/LCA combo. Together at a JDM shop it can cost you 100 bucks or less for the rears. Daves suspension has that with Tein lowering springs I believe. Ive been in it and the ride is pretty nice...im actually thinking about it for a winter suspension set up ahaha.

As for Aftermarket Type R style LCAs? Function 7 makes some good ones with Polyurathane bushings. They come in polished or black I think.

Heres a pic of the Polished Function 7 Type R rear lcas

Skunk2 rear control arms are pretty good but come with a price.

What ever you do, do NOT buy BLOX lcas. Unless you love blown bushing creek as much as me.

Just to clarify, since all the brands are going around now... If you want Type R suspension, you MUST use Type R rear struts with the Type R lower control arms. Normal gs/gsr/rs/civic ones will NOT work with the Type R struts nor will Type R LCAs with normal integra/civic suspension in the rear.
