Velocity performance or whatever they are called, (zeeman) on tcc has those ecus around.
Btw you know the p28 is from a d16z6 therefore it won't work properly on a b16 unless you chip/upload new software right?

Chip is a waste. Only time its good to use a chip is when you build an ls-vtec since no such motor exist or you are getting forced induction. Otherwise go with the stock ecu that was made for the engine. Do google search and find out the correct ecu for your engine.
Getting one of those ebay chips will do more harm than good. If you want quicker responsiveness, call up Andrew(zee/zeeman) from the link I gave you, he will give you all the needed information. He has ecu's and does professional tuning. He will be able to suggest what would work best.

Also, is your b16a obd1 or obd2? Since that will make a difference in what ecu you should be using. If its obd2 then you will need a harness to use an ecu such as p28 since obd1-obd2 have different plugs. And the only reason people use p28 all the time is because they are very common and very easy to socket. Once its socketed you upload certain software into a chip and plug it into the ecu.

Since I brought up ebay chips, all they have are remapped fuel/spark, it will cause more fuel to enter the combustion chamber, which will not result in higher performance. It will actually lead to premature detonation. Once that happens, say goodbye to your engine.

In the end you will not get any performance gains, only responsiveness but only by getting it tuned professionally.
To get power you must spend $. Get a set of cams and then tuned. Will actually feel a difference.
