Default OBD2 swap to OBD1 Questions

Yeeeeoo!

I have done the following:

1999 USDM Integra engine swap with a JDM B18B LS motor.

I have swapped in the new JDM engine and now only have to connect the harness etc...

The previous motor was OBD 2 USDM and the new motor is OBD 1 JDM.

I have a few questions in regards to the connections and other ecu inquiries.

1) Why do I need a "jumper harness"?

2) Because I am going from OBD2 to ODB1 do I need to change the ECU?

3) I am currently using a 1999 motor harness on the 94 LS JDM motor, should I consider using the 94 USDM harness I have sitting around with the ECU?

4) Does the ECU take into consideration if a car is automatic or manual?

5) The crankshaft sensor on the JDM motor is in the distributor and with the USDM it is on the block, does anyone know how to wire the harness?

6) Does anyone here have a link on used or new jumper harness?

7) What is the advantage of getting my ECU tuned?

8) Does anyone here know anyone reliable who can have the tuning complete?

I have being working on this for about 2 weeks on my off time from work, and I need this car up and running asap.

Thanks,

Peace in da middle east !
