Default noob question

My 1990 integra is manual lock. No power locks.

I was wondering if I can still get a car alarm.

you cant really have keyless entry then..... you would need power locks obivously...
mine is older. it just arms, and disarms lol. just a simple alarm, but i got a crazy shock sensor setup. if i tap my tires with my foot while its armed, the alarm goes off....

if you want keyless entry, it will take some modding. you'll need to convert to power locks then.

Hey Anthony I'm also getting my alarm installed and I want power lock doors there are places that charge I believe just around 40 dollars a door. I'm getting mine installed by best buy and I just gotta add a few bucks an they are gonna add the motors so
I cab have power lock doors. I had a link before for a place that does it. I think they were level 12 or something check it out on google. But it can be done for not that much. Check it out. If I get it before you I will let you know.

came with the car... its an old "K9" alarm system...
however, my old one in my civic was a viper one. it was around 375 or so, but i installed it with a buddy. i think tho that to get it installed inst bad, like if you get it done where you bought the alarm it should only be like 75 bucks or so.

some kits come with more then others in terms of sensors.... most just have windshield, truck glass, and like door ones and fenders. some have a hood sensor too. check out which ones the kit has that your looking at.

Level12 can do all that work for you, or any shop that installs alarms.
Usual price for power actuators for doors go for 40-50$ a door.
Sensors are good, but could also invest in some kill switches. Easy to wire, just cut into a power line to fuel pump and splice in switch. Then hide it.

That's a rip off for them, I can get the power actuators for $20 each, but that's at cost through, but my friend who owns a stereo/audio shop. Mine does not have power lock, but I'm getting the power actuators installed on mine.
