Nitrous

How many KM's would be too much to be unsafe running a 50 WET shot. Well maintained engine. b18a2. rough estimate.

Really depends on the car - BTW be prepared to kill your clutch in about 2 bottles or so. Also do you really need a wet shot to go for a 50?

engine kilometers don't tell the whole story.

do a compression and leakdown test then you'll know for sure.

what exactly does a leakdown test check? also, I'd probably have to put a new head gasket on. how much would that cost?

its me.. mario 01-23-2006 10:58 AM

if you have to change your head gasket, spray should be the last thing you should be thinking about

thanks

Also doing nitrous right is more expensive then it seems.

tdot2gteg 01-23-2006 06:11 PM

yea thats what im thinking now with the compression test and leakdown test annnd new head gasket. <need one even on mid kms extra gasses = boom

JEFFOS69 01-23-2006 06:15 PM

Also the nitrous kit, new clutch, new plugs constantly, nitrous isnt that cheap to fill the bottle, bottle heater, pressure guages etc.
