H&R are great springs. I don't have them in my teg, but most of my friends are running them in Bimmers are they are fantastic. Go with the sport.

ok i ruled out MRC

if money was no object i would go for a full coilover setup like the skunk2
PRO-C

but basically the two choices im thinking of are

HR Race or Skunk2 springs

are there any better springs in terms of handling, for track abuse, if not which of these would be best?

(im Nawaazs bro i used to post last year but the car has been sitting for a while... so i reduced to very infrequent visiting)
