If u need cheep, jus drop in a B18b for like 300 bucks, theres honestly not that much difference, especially when using a GSR tranny, u will keep up to B18c's

Sorry but thats the reality, the mighty Vtec GSR is rather slow..lol

I've beaten lots of them with my LS bonestock ( just a drop-in filter )
A few have beaten me as well but by like a car if that...

Torque is equal so a stock GS-R wouldn't be able to pull on you until high cam crossover. So just because you raced some in the city don't get too happy. On the highway i'm sorry but physically you cant beat one. And you have to remember how heavier GS-R's are than your car, which im assuming is an RS possibly.

Well i have a 99SE with the 14" snowflakes stock, and i am talking about cayuga, don't forget the torque might be the same at peak, but its made very differently in both cars.

ya, your not kidding, holy

for everyone who is thinking of a b18c swap, fack it, just use the tranny with a b18b!

I have had two integras, the current one with a gsr motor, unless I am a total nut-case, the one I have now is faster.

by the way, was torqueless implying that he was street racing?

i believe it. my boys 4 door g2 ran 15.3@91mph at cayuga 4 years ago. full weight, drop in filter, baby seat in the back, full tank of gas, 14's on cheap *** tires. what the problem is, people that can't drive think that a 1.8l vtec will solve as of their problems. without the skill, the swap won't help that much if any. what people don't realize is how quick a 1.8l vtec could really run with good throttle modulation. i've seen bone stock itr's run low 14's in the 96+mph range. its all about traction, not power. with that being said, the op should consider a b20 swap w/gsr tranny. that would probably be ur best bet and u'll beat up on c1's.

ya his motor had really nice parts done to it in terms of performance. Going from that to a B18b is a slap in the face for him trust me. I drove his car and without tuning it still gave slaps all day long. Hope u find another one bro.
