Default need help broken/stripped bolts on block

need help guys.

my buddies DA with a B16 in it, has broken and stripped bolts from the driver side mount near the timing belt. there are 3 bolts that are to go into the block to hold the bracket for the mount. the top 2 are broken in the block and the bottom is stripped from when the bolt backed out. i dont know how this happened!

any input would be great

Drill and retap...

Or you could try one of those bolt extractor tools, but you'll still need to retap the stripped one anyway.

i had that happen. i managed to drill/tap and insert heli-coil inserts.

its a tight fit but can be done. its very time consuming.

you can buy those sockets that remove stripped ones and you can get the different sizes in the kit (crappy tire sells them) and for the snapped ones if there flush or stick out a bit weld a nut onto it and loosen it by hand then use a air ratchet or fully remove it by hand what ever you have access to really.
