make sure fuses are all good...by using a test light or something...not by just looking...cause they could break a funny way, and you wont be able to see it...

i went without brake lights for like 2 years, and one day i got fed up, and replaced the "good" fuse and voila...

like esguerra said, sometimes fuses look good but are not, but if after you check and swapped out the fuses , check the brake light switch at he brake pedal

use a circuit tester and check for power when the pedal is pressed which will send signal to the relay and turn on the brake lights

if that's fine, use the tester and check power at the harness or bulb socket at the light assembly... still nothing? u got a broke wire or ground problem

good luck .....
