Default Low Battery - Remtoe Starter Problems?

So I stopped driving my integra for about a month and a half. In that time the battery completely died and when I tried to remote start it, nothing happened. So I went into my car and tried to start it with the key, no cranking, just silence.

I charged my integra overnight with a trickle charger, and the battery got to about 5 amps before I started my car, and everything is back to normal now. I can start it easily with a key, the remote system works perfectly, but if I try to remote start it, all the electronics will go on for approximately 5 seconds, turn off and repeat.

What I'm wondering is, what is the problem? Is the charge still too low in my battery? I've been driving around most of this week, so my battery should be back to its normal charge now.

I doubt it's a problem with the alarm/starter system because everything else works fine.

This is annoying. It's the one time of year the remote starter is actually useful.

Thanks a lot for your input and help, guys.
