Default JDM Rad Supprt

i have a jdm dc2 front clip and i need to cut the rad support off but im not sure where i should cut it... i was told the closest to the motor mount but im not sure if that is right...help would be appreciated thanks

as close off to the side as you can, but leave some space so you can re-weld it back in? that would be my guess...

Take off the fenders then cut the whole rad support right off the clip.

why not just drill out the spot weld that hold the rad support on the frame? that way when you're ready to for the swap it's all ready to go.

i was told you need to cut a bit around the corner...i was thinking of doing the same thing but will the lights and everything styll fit fine with just drilling out the spot welds?? and i need a positive answer cuz if i ---- it up i dont wanna buy a new one lol

ok i found a thread on someone who did this and i am also going to use this way of doing but i am going to weld it of course.
