idle problem
yo guys my buddy needs ur help his got a 90civic with a b16vtec now its idling at 4300rpm when its cool when its warm its between 2800rpm to 3500rpms wat could be the problem well its not the ecu we changed it already no vacuum leaks throttle bodies been cleaned throttle cable is fine. so wat can it be ??? thanx guyz
