I can vouch for ART, they did the swap on my car. Great guys, car was right on time, and has worked like a charm. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my car back there.

I've had nothing but trouble with my ETD traction bars that broke 3 times, caused hundreds in damaged fenders, cost me an event and towing fees. Can't really comment on their work since they've never worked on my car, but they do build a lot of race cars so the knowledge to keep those things going is definately there. I use Paul at Splitfire. He's another guy with years of engine building experience and my B20Vtec ran flawlessly and was really well put together. The plus of a B18B bottom end over an ITR is a longer stroke so they'll put down more torque than a B18C5 bottom end. The downside is it's an unbalanced bottomend with a longer stroke so reving them to 9K is a no-no. Get someone who has done it before to assemble it for you, get it tuned properly and don't cheap out on stuff and start hacking crap parts together and expect everything to work forever. Get it done right with the right people, pay them what they ask for and you should be fine. As with any service, the service you get when you pay what they ask is always better and cheaper then nickle and diming them into doing a hack job.
