Hey my rotors are pretty much brand new i got them like 6 months ago anyways around the hub area there is surface rust i just wanna know how i can clean them up so next ttime im at daves and wheels are off i can clean them up? you guys have any tips? just in spring i want the car looking mint rite now its winter i dont care that much but in april i wanna clean it up

 

If im thinking correctly, about what you're talking about, just spray it with brake cleaner, and use a wire brush to scrub it, and then after just spray it with brake cleaner fluid again, and then wipe it off.

 

^^+1- you planning to paint the hub part too? Or just give it a nice clean?

This should work, mind you next time you drive in rain, it'll probably leave that rusty film again...

 

clean the rust and apply copper grease!!
