Default How crappy is the radio reception on your integra?

Mine is horrible. I can barely get 93.5, and when i do, it bounces between the station and pure static. Can't get it at all under ground or under powerlines. Are all integras the same (mine is 96), or is my antenna busted? I just got this car last year, so I can't compare.

Would buying one of these help?

you might not be getting a good signal because of your subs in the car they way you ran the wires through the car might be causing it if you have subs not sure?

Bone stock car, so no subs. Will check the connector. I think the extending mechanism is broken so its constantly extended all the way.

Thanks for your replies. Thought it might have just been a problem with older cars. Will go get a new one. Or does anyone have any extra ones lying around?

my stock deck doesn't automatically put mine up when its turned to the radio, it puts it up the whole time ... so I just left it down, and for staying down I get pretty decent reception!!!

That reminds me mine does the same thing I have to find a way to make it go up only when the radio is on. It has been done before I just need to find the article again.
