Horn

Put a after market wheel on my car few days ago, but now i dont know how to hook up the horn. Any one know how to do it or were i can take it to get it done? Plz help out..

How did they know your horn wasn't working before they pulled you over?

Was looking for a friends house..i ran a stop sign that hidden by the snow. He saw it and pulled me over. Told me i ran the sign and reached into my car to push the horn after he saw it was aftmk.
