Heater Control Bulbs

Anyone know what bulb it is? The one that glows behind the touch button controls. Also is it very hard to change? Has anyone here broken off their hazard and/or rear defog. switches doing this?

same as for the cluster. haven't changed it so not sure.
trenell might know, he changed his.
