Default Heat problem

Alright so here is a little backround
i bought my integra last summer and its a 94 2 door
when i got it it alread y had a swapped b16a obdo cable clutch motor, however the guy that swapped it had a chip that was making it run really ritch so i took it to a shop and because it was a aftermarket ecu the guy was able to program a chip for me with factory settings. So we installed that and it was running nice. Now my problem didnt start up untill the winter, for some weird reason my engine temperature doesnt heat up while im driving.

Now when i start my car in the morning and leave it running for like 10 mnutes it heats up just fine and the car gets warm, but as soon as i start driving you can see the temperature dropping .. the faster i drive the more it dropps ... when i go on the highway it sometimes shows completely cold. Another problem associated with this temp problem is that since the temperature stays low, the rpms stay high witch burns soo much gas so i installed this switch on the inside of my car wear i can turn off the choke .. this solved my gas burning problem but my car still stays cold
i need help .. all i ever wanted was a warm car lol
know what i do no is that the thermostat is good because i tried changing it already and the problem didnt change .. seems weird
