I went there, they have it but its by AcDelco and it states formulated for GM manual transmissions. I don't even know if that the right product. Im mainly using it to reduce grind and its recommended by a few ppl on this site so i thought to give it a try

It's made by AC Delco now and you can grab it from any GM dealership, some may have to order it in.

As long as you have no issue's with it then keep on using it. I personally hate the stuff and the honda new mtf is even worse.

You can get it no problems from the GM dealership. I just got some a few weeks ago. Make sure you get the one with the friction modifier if you can (there are 2 kinds)

Had honda MTF in for about 3000 KMs. My shifting wasn't as smooth as I wanted (although there was no grinding etc), so I decided to get the GMSM FM stuff. Within the first 2 KMs after changing it, i noticed a major difference. Shifts are smooth as butter...Stuff is amazing.

+1 for Honda MTF. I have gm synchro mesh in one of my cars and honda MTF in the other I liked the honda MTF better.

if you have no problems with the tranny, obviously the MTF will feel better. The gm synchromesh is good if you have small grinds and hard shifting, which worked like charm on my old integra, 3rd gear grind.
