Gen3 teg front seats in a Civic
A buddy has a 99 Civic SIR and wants to get front gen3 teg seats.
Could someone explain what is necessary to install them? I have no idea if it is a direct bolt on or not. If not, what would he need?
Thanks

They do not bolt right up... you'll only be able to bolt in 3 out of the 4 bolts.
The inner rear rail bolts do not line up because the Gen 3 rails come out further/longer than Gen 6 EK Civic rails do.
You can stick with 3 bolts (not exactly the safest route) or you can cut the end of the rail right before the civic bolt hole and use a large washer so that half is on the rail and half is on the floor of the car. That's what most people end up doing... good luck.

OOh.... good idea, the seat pan swap might work.
I've tried swapping just the inner rails, but the Civic rails sit a little bit higher than Integra ones. It's not noticable right away, but after driving in the seats for a week, you start to realize you're leaning outwards haha.
