Find that noise part2
Okay so the hunt continues. I've taken apart the interior panels around the whole trunk and secured any loose items that may cause a noise. Still there. Also taken apart the hatch panels and saw nothing.
I'm going to be removing the rear bumper/rear filler piece and tail lights tomorrow. Hopefully I can finally pinpoint it as I think it could also be the actual hatch glass not fully sealed and moves around during bumps.
Question. Any diy or guide on how to remove the rear bumper and rear panel filler piece between bumper and tail lights?

There's plenty to do outside my room but I choose not to!

Well for the bumper there should be a screw or bolt inside the rear wheel well that holds it there, plus there will be some bolts under the car, and a few screws under the filler panel.

Thanks dude but I actually got it this morning. Once the taillights are off, 6 10mm bolts hold the filler panel and it pops out. It then exposes the bumper cover bolts.
Anyway the noise is still there, might have to replace the whole hatch trunk

I think this may have solved my problem. I put electrice tape around the metal latch and it seemed to reduce or stop the noise. 2 successful short distance drives without the noise so far. Ill be so happy if this was the problem.
