not running it, but compared to stock, hell yes you'll feel a difference

pro's
It's half the weight
Revs fly up quicker
acceleration "feels" faster

downside
a bitch in traffic (revs drop fast)
have to learn to shift faster

i'm sure they're fine, alot of people on Honda-tech run fidanza flywheels and they all say its great. They are relatively cheap and light.
From my own research the reason i'm going to go with an ATC is because the its one solid piece as to the fidanza the ring gear is matted to the plate.

I have a Fidanza flywheel... I think it's probably too light for my LS motor, 7.5lbs
