i'm still fairly new to the ontario area so finding people/places to do bodywork and whatnot for prices that aren't retarded is hard

me and my buddy that just got posted did the quarters on his car and my other buddies older civic but unfortunately he moved before i got my integra, and it needs both rear quarters replaced as there's fender rust.

anyone know any places or people that'll do it for a non-retarded price? i know it's not going to be cheap but under the table is always less expensive than going to a shop.

AND does anyone know any shop or person that will wrap/hydrographic a valve cover? i've heard some people say ---- it just use normal wrap you'll be fine but how heat resistant can it be and what if oil gets under it? id just say ---- it and use vinyl wrap to do it myself but i have a turbo and idk if it'll stand up to the heat.

AND finally last but not least, full body paint jobs, where to go? i might just do it myself at my buddies garage but i really don't have the time or patience to paint another car considering it's my daily driver
