I took my car out for the first time but not far just down the street and back after my suspension was re-adjusted but I notice after that my exhaust was leaking of a black-ish watery substance. It had low viscosity not thick at all. If you had similiar issues or know what may be the problem. I changed the oil last week full synthetic 5/30 mobil 1 so maybe the oil is to thin? I didnt drive it till now since the oil change. No lights or anything is on, smoke is clear and everything.

Thanks much appreciate.

maybe there was water left in the exhaust when I washed the car last week aswell. Not sure.

That is nothing to worry about, that's just the crap that is left in the exhaust after you shut it off, and thats normal to get that after letting you car sit for some time.
