Default Engine almost stalls when brake is pressed hard after rapid deceleration

Yepps, the B18A1 engine in my automatic '91 Integra almost stalls when brake is pressed somewhat hard after coming from a fast speed, or braking downhill. The RPMs go down, the pedals vibrate, and the car won't move if you press the accelerator for a few seconds, before accelerating back to normal.

I thought this had to do with the Brake Booster (pedals are also spongy, and require some more force than before for the brakes to be applied- then again, it may have to do more with my iced tea colored brake fluid), but I did all 4 brake booster tests outlined in the Haynes Manual (on a cold engine though), and they pass all of them, except the last one.

(
Functionality
1. depress brakes several times with engine off and note pedal reserve distance- if it stays the same, then your booster is good
2. depress pedal with engine off, then start engine, and if pedal goes down slightly then operation is normal

Air Tightness
1. Start engine and turn off after 2 minutes. Depress brakes several times slowly. The first time, pedal should go down a lot, second time, less, and 3rd time, it should barely go down)

2. Start engine. Depress Brake Pedal and hold while you turn off engine and hold for 30 seconds afterwards. If the level does not change after holding for 30 seconds, booster is airtight NOTE: I did this test and it started getting harder to hold pedal at same position after 15 seconds.
)

Do these tests determine whether there is a vacuum leak in the Brake Booster? Does my problem lie elsewhere?

The car is drivable as it is currently. To compensate for this issue, I drive slowly (55km/h and 90km/h- staying on the right lane of course) brake early, and I keep a relatively far distance from other vehicles in front. I also drive in S3 whenever I drive local, and shift to D on the closest red light before the highway, as this problem only appears to occur whenever I drive in D, and rapidly accelerate to a stop while in that shifter range, and it also makes it easier to apply the brakes.
This happened first last summer, and I thought it was the transmission, which it very well could be.
This problem is also very intermittent, only occurring after driving the car for over 30 minutes, so no local mechanics were able to identify, let alone diagnose the problem.

I also read that these symptoms can also be exhibited by a dirty IACV.

Any insight would be appreciated.

Perhaps.

50mL of fuel injector cleaner solved the problem.
Car runs like a charm.

It will get me through the next month, before I do the full spring maintenance. Clean up the entire IACV, FITV, and change most of the fluids.
