Are EF and DA front lca interchangeable?

Default Are EF and DA front lca interchangeable?
Just as the title ask. I have a friend with lca's that are shot in his EF and I'm parting out a DA. Just wondering if the LCA's are interchangeable.

I dont think they are, but the only way is to take one of your's off, and look at it with his car and see if they are the same or not.
