Difference between GSR catback and TYPE R catback?

Default Difference between GSR catback and TYPE R catback?
can anybody enlighten me regarding these two catback systems? what are the differences? right now i could possibly get a type R catback for 250 or a GSR catback for 200.. i am running a b18C and i want to remove the Skunk2 catback system that came with the car

any help is appreciated! thanks!

if your looking for a GSR catback i got one mint condition with chrome tip that I will let go for $180 FIRM
