Default Deck stopped working after changing it

Deck doesnt work. i just bought a new deck and i switched it with my old one. im pretty familiar with wiring up decks from what i understand just match the colors on the harness to the deck's wiring. anyways i did that and the deck didnt work so i thought hmm maybe its faulty so i tried installing my old one and it didnt work. i tried several times and checked the fuses and the same result...nothing anyone have any ideas or is someone willing to come over and repair it for me?

Does the wiring for the deck have a fuse, because some come with them as well, and you could have blown that one as well.
