DA cable transmission flywheel/cluch???
 
I have a 91 integra and I am drop a gsr just wondering what would be the best flywheel/ chuch to run for the best performace but still a car I can still drive...

If you are keeping it on the street remembr that super light flywheels have drawbacks. Too light and they don't spool up so fast.

I recommend spending little and just have a few lbs removed from the stock unit.

For the clutch.... get a strong pressure plate stage 1 is fine (40% stiffer). You will never need more for a stock engine. When you bump HP by 100 then go get another clutch. For a disc.... stock with a good fibre disc. A pucked disc will give very harsh off line exgagements and will have you chirping tires at every interesection.

This advice is all from experience in using a variety of clutch set-ups. Right now a stronger presure plate with smooth engagement would be best for you for the street especially with basically a stock motor.

BTW my clutch experince was on a d-series motor. too much pressure and your leg will be killing you. Remember you have only the cable to pull with not the power of hydraulics. ;)
