is it worth it to put a d16z6 in a 1990 integra ls or just keep the stock b18b engine in it?

no im not jokin honetsly have NO clue i jsut got my integra little while ago, and like i kno SOME stuff but im not not genius at it?
plus the engine is freeeeeee
