Corner lights as DRL'S?

Hey everyone, i would like my front corner lights as my daytime running lamps. Anyone here a wiring expert? cause im not lol. I dont like the 2 inner lamps as the DRL's because, well....everyone has them like that. I was thinking about pulling the 2 fuses and turn my multi-fuction switch to the second selection before my headlights are activated.

Any help would be great,

Thanks,

You can just take out the DRL fuses. Done. Open that little cover under the dash and look at the diagram. I think its a 15 amp fuse. take the fuse out and bam. you got the corner lights on when you put them on.

Yaaaaa, but i rather do it proper without pulling fuses. That would be my last resort.

There's nothing with pulling the fuse for them. I did that with mine because I hate having DRL's, but that's just me. I was thinking of doing the same thing before, and then i just did not do it, lol.

I can run the wiring from the head lights down to the corner lights for you and make everything work for you Ryan.

ya mna i was thinking about doing the same thing but, the headlights require 85W i think and the corners are 35W i believe....so if thats the case I'm going to be melting sockets/blowing fuses.

Yeah the bulbs are more powerful and the wiring is thicker for that reason. I believe with just adding a relay it should be fine. Because when I added driving lights on my old civic, I had them come on when I turned my parking lights on, and it took out my light switch. So after I replace the switch, I added a relay into the wiring system, and I never had a problem after that.

Like I'm not the best at wiring, but I can rewire things, and make them work. I redid Michelle's front lights a little different. So when the lights are on, it's just the corner lights that are on and not the turn/running lights, so the turning light is only a turning light now and not a running light aswell.
