Default Coolant Flush Reccos

I am looking to do a coolant flush, change thermostat and sensor and am not up to the task, something about coolant. Can anyone recommend where I can get this all done for a decent price? Thanks

Do it yourself. It's pretty easy.

Can anyone tell me where the Coolant Temp Sensor is located on a 95 TEG LS. B18B1. And is it just plug and play? Or do I have to drain first?
