converting 94 tails to 98 all red

Default converting 94 tails to 98 all red
is it possible to buy just the corners red..
like these ones

and install it in my 94 tail lights swapping the amber to red?

Are you driving a coupe (2 door Integra)? If so, then no, those will not work. Those lights in the ebay auction are for a Sedan (4 door Integra).

They will NOT work if you have a coupe. Sedans have 4 piece taillights while coupes have 2 pieces tails.
