Default Clickin is back!!

Every time i start my integra in the morning i have this starting problem. When i turn the key in the ignition all i hear is a clicking sound, besides that nothing really occurs. Even after 5,6 tries the clickin sound still occurs. So i waited for about 2 minutes and then it starts. i do not think its cuz of the cold because i had this problem in the summer time as well. I recently put in a new battery, and spark plugs i put about 20,000km ago. Anyone have this problem .

Expert opinions required!
