I can't believe it,

I plugged in my charger and my whole cigarette lighter assembly fell apart, came right out... totally confused...

anyone have this problem?

Anyone have pictures of their's in normal condition so I could trace back and put it together...

tried all night couldn't figure it out

Any help would be appreciated... look horrid at the moment driving around with a cigarette lighter assembly swaying freely...

Also, the outside lip is a white plastic? I thought it was a silver lip on the outside where the plug goes in
