its my dad's 98 accord.

So this morning i go outside to start his car, to move it out the way to get my car. It took a bit, but it cranked and started after a 2 tries. So anyway i don't think anything of this, and i go to work. I get home about 9 hours later, and my parents tell me the car hasn't been moved all day. And now it won't crank or make any noise, when you try to start it the display panel/cluster it doesn't show anything and the dome light is kinda dim. I don't think its the starter/alternator but i could be wrong. And the battery was changed last year at december 04, it the interstate one nate sells. You think i might need to add water and is it filtered water? maybe cause today was really cold? any other suggestions ? T.I.A.

yep its the battery it got really cold outside some shitty batteries can't take it. try charging it.
