Default car shuts off when coming to a stop

so ive had this problem for a couple of weeks now. every once in a while my car will shut off when i put it in neutral. this usually happens when coming off the highway but it shuts off sometimes when coming to a stop from a regular speed as well. the car doesnt idle very steady either. i have cleaned the throttle body, checked the grounds. not sure whats next to check. could it be the timing? if anyone can help that would be great

Could it be a weak vacuum/leak ? Do you hear a hissing ish sound from the engine bay if you listen carefully?

Like to be honest it can be a few things but I'd check that first, cause if your loosing vacuum your idle will be retarded
