car dies
hey guys
okay my car now dies randomly it it never happened before first time was on the way to the meet on sunday it happened like 4 times on the way there and then another 3 or 4 times on the way home my rpms just drop to zero and get a cel i try starting the car and nothing i have to wait a couple mins and keep trying cranking it to get it running but it does start and when it does it feels perfectly fine i can rev it all the way up and let it drop with no abnormalities.
i took down the cel codes and get
15 - Ignition Output Signal
and
41 - O-2 Sensor Heater
ive got new cap rotor coil and wires and plugs so i guess its the ignitor heh ive no idea wtf is up with my o2 sensor but i doubt that it would make my car die so what do i do replace my ignitor reset ecu and hope it dosnt happen again? i noticed my rad cracked and was leaking and low on coolant could this have anything to do with it?
thanks in advance for your input

There's plenty to do outside my room but I choose not to!

ya dude i told you on sunday. once it heats up it shuts down. you can take yours to partsource and have it tested for free. make sure they run the test numerous times. it's gotta get hot before you see signs of failure.
i used to love giving back customers their hot igniters. half of them were clueless.

i had the same problem man, its what these guys are telling you, its not hard to replace the ignitor, but it is a hella expensive part, its worth just to buy the whole distributor than just the ignitor, the thing is like 180 buks or so and you can get a whole distributor for like 200
