car broken into?

i would assume the shop man. It is their shop and you left it there having no control of what they do with it and where they park it. Its fenced of so if someone gets in and screws around the shop would be responsible for not having proper security i assume. Thats the way i see it, if i leave it at a shop they become responsible for any damages and missing ---- unless you signed something stating otherwise.

I didnt sign any papers what so ever. And the shop name, I cant give out at the moment, since im probably sueing. As I see it..I dropped the car off under the agreement it would be kept inside, and fixed during that week. they then put it outside AFTER their own cars got broken into a few days prior. so they knew there was security problems. And the one owner said * When my car got broken into, no one gave a ----! So why should i care about your car..I put it outside so i could keep mine inside* Also said * you paid 4000$ for your paint job an body work, i dont give a ---- what happens to your car.* Cops say its suspicious. since they DELETED the video of that night. So from a legal stand point. What should i do, threaten them with legal action? or keep at them untill they pay for all damages and replace all the stolen goods.?

sue their asses, they are responsible for what ever happens. So far I had to leave my car at 2 dealerships for work and i made it clear to them that if my car was left outside over night, and I drove by and saw it, there would be major problems and arguments in the morning. All shops have insurance, they prolly took the stuff themselves??? where the shop located?? Brampton?? and what did they steal?

They never called the cops
They HAVE NO insurance!
The camera didnt work from thurs-sunday. and they knew this and put it outside.
shops located in Guelph
these guys lied to me about everything, so i talked to the police and they think its suspicious and launched a major investigation. insurance fraud, and consumer fraud or somethin like that.
Stolen items are * 2 Autometer colbalt gauges, both digital, one fuel/air And the other Volt meter.
Stock driver side piller, plus aftermarket duel pod piller
my battery was stolen, the better optima red
driver side window smashed
underglow kit, all the wires are torn and fucked up
my deck was ripped out and left behind, but all the wiring was also torn there severly
lights for the interior, also ripped out and broken
Siren wire cut from the inside * they knew where the wires ran and knew which wire it was* all the wiring under the dash on the passenger side broken
Center console where the deck was installed broken
glove box broken
paints damaged around the door aswell.
im sueing, picking up the car tommorow with the police. n taking these ******** to court
