camshaft labelling question

camshaft labelling question
So I was doing valve adjustment on my b18a1 the other day and noticed that the cams did not have any markings on them other than engraved "r1" on intake cam and "r4" on exhaust cam. Now when I got this car, previous owner wouldn't shut up about how this engine has cams etc. Well I was very doubtful and never believed him, nor I do now. Just curious to know how to identify stock cams?
I spun both cams around as I was doing valve adjustment and did not find anything else other than what I mentioned above.
Also found it weird that all exhaust valves were at 0.08" (spec) and intake valves were at 0.12". So I corrected all intake valves to 0.05" (according to haynes)
Any help would be appreciated.

There's plenty to do outside my room but I choose not to!

If its an aftermarkt cam, there should be a marking of the manufacturer
like skunk2 cams have s2p2 marked on them. and spec c have c2 marked on them.
