Default Bumper shaved and grill installed?

I'm currently driving a 94 teg, and the previous owners put these shitty *** foglights in the bumper. Unfortunately instead of mounting them where the OEM fogs would normally be, they actually cut into the middle bar of the front grill to install them.

Personally, I think this looks like crap, so what I want to have done is to cut out that entire middle piece and actually have just like a black mesh grill installed. I've seen the DIY stuff over on TI, but really don't feel like doing any kinda body work to fill in the gaps that are left after you cut out the middle bar.

Can anyone recommend some place that can do this for me and not totally rape me on labour? I'm not even worried about the paint as I can get that done for cheap afterwards. I just need someone to cut out the bar, fill in the gaps, and maybe install a grill.

Thanks for any suggestions!

why do you need to cut and fill if you're going to put a grill on anyways?

It just looks really ugly b/c they cut out two pieces of the middle bar already to install those foglights.

I forgot to mention, that my car and hence the middle bar is white. So even if I was to put a grill up, you would totally see the bar underneath it still.

I could do that too, but it leaves those little notches in the bumper where the middle piece was cutout. I want to try and keep my car looking C-L-E-A-N...LOL

It's pretty much stock right now, so just cutting that piece out will make it look G-H-E-T-T-O...

Did you fill in the wedges left behind from the bar? I can't tell from that pic.

with 94-94 used bumpers going for so cheap nowadays used, it might be cheaper for you to pick one up for $50.00 instead of paying someone epoxy that piece back in.

I don't think they look that bad...I figure this would be a lot cheaper than getting it done at a shop...
