ya i bought the car with a b20 swap already done to it.. so im not sure if it was just a wiring problem or something else.. other then that the engine runs amazing so i know its not a bad engine

just like what was said before, check you plugs/wires/cap/rotor, also check to see if you have any riped or broken vacuun lines.

^^ yup
Also when it starts bogging how is the rpm gauge? I had similar problem, the needle would get twitchy, I replaced wires/plugs/rotar/cap and it went away. Problem came back again after some time and was forced to replace the dizzy. Now the car runs beautiful.

If none of the above fixes your issue, then replace your fuel filter... slow fuel delivery when demand is high will cause the same issue (but generally only affects performance during high RPM operation).

If you havn't replaced it in, say, the last 48,000km's (2 years) then i'd consider replacing it regardless.
