Default ACT flywheel question

I bought an ACT streetlite flywheel and when it arrived it was already opened.

It was obviously bought and returned by someone and then sold to me.

My question is this, there are these 3 little plastic screw things in it and i don't know if i need them. 1 is cracked and bent and 1 is snapped right off. What the hell are they for. I'll send the thing back and get a NEW one or if the plastic screws are just some sort of packaging and aren't important then i'll just get on with the install.

Looks like a packaging thing. Just something the factory put there to protect the surface of the flywheel for shipping. It's obviously done its job. Plastic would never survive the heat generated by the clutch on the mating surface.

Thanks guys you were right. Clips are for packaging / shipping purposes only.
