Just my on the AC belt on my gsr and the ac is still not working. The previous owner took out the belt. How do I get it working again? Any diagnostic procedure I should do to narrow down whats wrong with the AC?

 

So the belt is on... any blowing air coming out when A/C is applied??? is it warm??

 

the air is blowing but it's not cold

 

you need an a/c check bro... im sure you have a leak somewhere in your system... when you lose freon (green fluid) it loses it cold.... a/c tech will tell you what the problem is... maybe you just need freon for top up...

You might just need to charge your system. Before you do that make sure the compressor is working though. If the compressor seems fine, you probably need a charge. Thats a normal thing. The refrigerant will loose it's effectiveness over time, and depending on how long it has been disconnected just needs some new refrigerant.

 

any shops you guys suggest I go to in the Brampton/Mississauga area?
