How do you do a 98+ front end conversion on a 94 integra?
you have to customize it a little?

install is cheap, hell i'll do it for you for a case of beer.
if you've ever taken off a front bumper than its the exact same thing.
very easy.
and headlights are held on by 4 bolts.

^if you want to go jdm than thats a whole different ball park and alot more work.
you'll need the following:

bumper cover
fenders
hood
lights
rad support

-> and welding work
